Have you met our newest partner?

Friday, November 21st, 2008

You know that OnlineMetals is the only place to get your materials. Metals, plastics, composites, and more.

…but where do you go if you need a specific machine to work it?

Lathes and milling machines

Findamachine.com is the first place to look for lathes, milling machines, and machining centers. New, used, auction, specifications, manufactures, european agents, dealers, information, brochures, videos, discussions, articles and much much more.

So visit the site, and let them know that OnlineMetals sent you!

Too good not to share…

“Normally I try to refrain from cursing, but ya’ll have about the best damn customer service and overall “product” of anyone I have ever done business with. I for one appreciate it!! Thanks.

Alan ”

The whole office loved this e-mail Alan. Thanks so much for your business, and for letting us know we’re doing alright!

Woodworking with OnlineMetals…

Wednesday, November 19th, 2008

We’re partnered with a pretty great website called benchnotes.com.

It's a resource site for hobby woodworkers, and crafters. When you visit the site, you'll find a collection of plans, jigs and information that the webmaster has accumulated over the years.

If you're just starting to learn, and the things you see on benchnotes.com are a little over your head, check out his other site, Sawdust Making 101.

I couldn’t think of any woodworking term that wasn’t defined and demonstrated there.

Just as OnlineMetals is for our customers, Mendoc Media offers a wealth of knowledge on a number of sites that are definitely worth spending time on.

We’re here for YOU…

Tuesday, November 18th, 2008

We absolutely love making our customers happy…and every once in a while we share an e-mail they send about their experience.

Dear OnlineMetals,

My order just arrived; exactly as you told me it would (today). Thank you very much both for your super quick service and excellent communication.

The order is exactly what I wanted and I look forward to further orders in the future.

Alonso

No really, thank you Alonso. Your business is what keeps us going. If there’s anything else we can do, let us know.

Tuesday, November 18th, 2008

That’s right! We’re offering GiftCards.

Although the folks at OnlineMetals agree that The X word (Christmas) shouldn’t be mentioned until AFTER Thanksgiving…we have to acknowledge most Christmas Marketing efforts begin in AUGUST! Ugh.

Well, it’s November…so we’re not that bad…and technically, we’re not offering it as a Christmas present option. Yet!

People celebrate birthdays in November. What a gift!
Can’t bake pie? Bring an OnlineMetals Gift Certificate to Thanksgiving!

Not sure when ChristmaHaunaKwanzMaDon begins, and what to give a friend of that religion?

Well, they need an ONLINEMETALS GIFT CARD!!! Non denominational…and sold in any denomination!

One of the Reddit bloggers visited OnlineMetals.com, and got a kick out of our RAQ page.

His entry had some great comments that we enjoyed reading…and introduced a lot of new people to OnlineMetals.com…so we wanted to say thanks!

Keep on spreading the word. That’s how we’ve build up our OnlineMetals community…and it’s a trend we love to continue.
