Kevin made this wedding band for a friend out of titanium(6al-4v) purchased from OnlineMetals. They were machined on my manual lathe and mill.

It consists of 2 titanium rings that nest. The outer ring has 7 holes radially placed, that align with 7 tapped holes on the inner ring. The screws are 24 k gold, purchased from a watch maker.

The gold screws do not “Clamp”- they merely form studs that prevent the 2 rings from separating.
